SWAROVSKY COLLECTION - "PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES"
Swarovsky presents its latest collection inspired by the latest chapter of the popular saga produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney, "Pirates of the Caribbean: on Stranger Tides", directed by Rob Marshall. The collection "Pirates of the Caribbean: on Stranger Tides", opens a new path in the long collaboration between Swarovsky and Disney. After the success of the collection "Alice in Wonderland "for Spring / Summer 2010 collection" Pirates of the Caribbean: on Stranger Tides " Swarovsky presents a design that recalls the patterns and key figures of this film. The collection also includes copies of the jewels worn by Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz .

With Gothic influence and a touch of vintage, black pearls, skulls and swords are the real stars of the four lines of this collection, designed to appeal to both the man and woman.
The "Angel" is based on the character played by Penelope Cruz. Inspired by her thirst for adventure, the symbols of the sword and gun, enriching both the pending that the necklace. The line also includes copies of the jewels worn by Angelica: pendant cross, paved with crystals vintage look, and a ring with dragon decorated with small crystals green, hand-applied through the original process Pointiage ®.
"We have recreated a surface effect which gives a metallic look antique jewelry, typical of those worn by pirates in the XVII and XVIII century, "said Nathalie Colin.
The "High Sea" invites everyone on board with shark teeth, compass and elements that recall the "Message in a Bottle." The octagonal pendant, made of black enamel reveals a compass with mobile dial. The original jewelry will be worn on the big screen by Captain Jack Sparrow.
Inspired by the Jack Sparrow’s ship, the line "Black Pearl" is a mix of mystery and sophistication. Playing with the nautical symbols, like the anchor and the rope, necklaces, pendants, rings and earrings, create a parure of great elegance and femininity.
The theme of "Skulls and Swords" has a clear male influence. The skulls adorn rings bangles and pendant, creating a unique effect. The design of this line is clean and minimalist. Through the glamour, of the collection "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides", the Swarovski jewelry will continue to illuminate the screen and red carpets all over the world.
