WHY: We love this look because not only does it catch our attention, but it screams fabulous. That pop of neon with the matching jacket and leggings is a great way to bring this ensemble to the spring side, but yet other seasons as well. A matching duo like this can be used in so many ways, that's why lately we have been obsessing over it!
